Policy exclusions

1. No section of the policy will apply in respect of any person where that person:

(i) has a pre-existing medical condition(s)

(ii) has been in the last 12 months under the care of any hospital or under any prescribed medication

(iii) anticipates any treatment or tests in the future or is on a waiting list for in-patient or day-patient treatment

(iv) has submitted a medical or medical related claim in the last three years

Unless that person has completed a full medical questionnaire which we have formally accepted and confirmed our acceptance of that medical condition in writing or by endorsement.
